Where is it?Casa de Campo is a luxurious Caribbean hideaway located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, most noted for its excellent golf course. It’s a sprawling resort, full of narrow winding pathways and surrounded by tropical gardens and the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
Accommodation:Casa de Campo provides a choice of hotel room accommodation or private villas. Hotel rooms are very spacious, stylish and chic with stone work and mahogany throughout. They have large en suite bathrooms with deep tubs and showers and double doors leading out onto a wide balcony or patio. Villas have up to six bedrooms each, separate dining and seating areas as well as a fully equipped kitchen and private pool - perfect for large family groups.
Golf: Casa de Campo is home of the legendary Teeth of the Dog golf course, which is ranked by many as one of the best courses in the Caribbean and among the best in the world. The course was designed by the famous Pete Dye. Well known in golfing circles, he is considered by some to be one of the most influential golf course architects. Teeth of the Dog attracts both professional and amateur golfers and will challenge even the best.
Other facilities: Besides the golf, Casa de Campo offers a whole range of activities to keep you entertained on your active sun break. Choose from water sports, such as sailing, kayaking and snorkelling; or land based sports such as tennis, horse riding or shooting. There is also plenty of relaxing to be done, on white powder sand beaches or at the resort’s excellent spa, which offers an array of health and beauty treatments and massages.
